Tandýr is type of a kiln made of mud. People cook the famous and delicious ‘pide’ ( A type of a flat bread with sesame on it) in Tandýr. Tandýr has always been a must for the people of Anatolia in their yards. Today, mostly seen in Central and Eastern Anatolia. |
